And the award for "couldn't provide worse customer service if they tried" goes to... What a fucking farce.
How hard can it be? The process is this: Customer comes into your shop, they see a sofa (or set of sofas) that they like, they exchange money for a receipt, then at a subsequent date the sofas are taken off the back of a van and put inside the customer's house.

Fear of Flying Blown Away by Landing in Gale-Force Winds Last Sunday saw me partaking in an activity that I rarely do, and even more rarely enjoy.
I flew from Newcastle to Heathrow airport on a shiny white British Airways Airbus A320 with a couple of colleagues, a hen party, several businesspeople, and a bag full of entertaining items to keep my mind off the fact that I was blasting through the sky at 400mph in a pressurised metal tube.
